    The only reason I haven't rated this place a fifth star is because of the lack of many vegetarians options. The all-day breakfast weekends kinda make up for it though. Service, food and atmosphere are great. Prices are also reasonable for this local, family owned resturant. Looking forward to visiting their new location in downtown Silver City, set for May 2019. Worth a visit when living or visiting Silver City.

    This place holds special memories as it was in the frint alcove to the right when you enter that we shared our first breakfast at Adobe Springs about 14 years ago. The only reason for less than 5 Stars is because my husband was very specific about the order and the waitress did not deliver exactly as requested. But the food tasted good and was more than ample.

    Good food. Wait staff a bit slow but not that concerning. Worth a try. The steak tips were very tasty!

    I've eaten here a few times. Nothing extraordinary any place can make sandwiches, salads or mediocre soups. Burgers too. Just no "wow" factor here. But it's not bad. Service Is good. Priced fairly I suppose.

    Have been 2x now while traveling for work. Have been very impressed both times by both the food and service. Will definitely be coming by when in town again!
